For paddle orders placed on, we offer a 30-day returns policy for our "Love it or Return it" guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your paddle(s), you can initiate a return within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, we require images or videos demonstrating the issue with the paddle. This helps us understand the concern and ensures a smoother returns process.

Returned paddles must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for a refund, excluding shipping costs.

We encourage users to apply edge guard tape to improve the durability of edgeless paddles. As our policy applies to core issues only and not edge-related concerns, this helps us streamline the process and address the specific concerns related to paddle cores.

After the Initial 30-Day Period:

If 30 days have passed since your purchase and you encounter any workmanship or manufacturing issues, Standout Pickleball warrants the paddles to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the original purchase. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Please note that the warranty does not cover replacement paddles.

The warranty is void under the following conditions:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by improper usage, such as striking the ground, other paddles, or any object other than a pickleball.
  • Negligence, acts of nature, or accidents.
  • Wear and fading of graphics (including normal graphic wear).
  • Use in commercial applications or rentals.
  • Modifications or repairs made to your paddle.
  • Purchasing from a non-authorized Standout Pickleball dealer.
  • Purchasing a used paddle.
  • Winning the paddle in a promotion or competition.
