Warranty Policy:
All paddles have a Limited 3-month structural warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship of the paddle.
- 3 month limited warranty on core materials, deformation and delamination
- Standout's warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase is required (bank and credit card statements are acceptable).
- All paddles are inspected by our independent distribution contractor prior to shipping to customers.
- Any reported factory defects on arrival must be presented to Standout with photographic evidence before use, in line with the return policy (including the handle plastic wrap still on the handle).
- If approved under warranty, we aim to issue a replacement within 10 business days from arrival at our inspection facility.
- Paddles purchased from authorized retail partners must include a receipt and proof of purchase with the purchase date.
- Standout reserves the right to determine whether a paddle is covered by our warranty and whether to replace it.
- The warranty do not apply to replacement paddles
The warranty is void under the following conditions:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by improper usage, such as striking the ground, other paddles, or any object other than a pickleball.
- Negligence, acts of nature, or accidents.
- Wear and fading of graphics (including normal graphic wear).
- Use in commercial applications or rentals.
- Modifications or repairs made to your paddle.
- Purchasing from a non-authorized Standout Pickleball dealer.
- Purchasing a used paddle.
- Winning the paddle in a promotion or competition.

Return Policy
- Each customer will have 30 calendar days to return an item from the original purchase date (conditions apply). Paddles must be returned in as new condition with original packaging. New condition includes the plastic wrap around the handle.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on all returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Paddles purchased with 15% or more discount are not eligible for replacement or credit.
EXCHANGE POLICY (within 30 days):
7-Day Return Policy:
You may return your paddle within 7 days of receiving it for full store credit, provided the items are unused, brand-new condition with original packaging, including the plastic wrap around the handle (on paddles). Store credit can be used toward another paddle or bag of your choice.
Please note:
After 7-Day and within 30 days:
- The original shipping cost will be deducted from the total credit amount.
Store credit will be issued only after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
